Still Making the time to log all the food goes into my mouth, including sugar-free gum. I've been within my calorie, fat, protein, and carb range set by SparkPeople.

I did the blogs but when I tracked, I am at less than 900 for all my meals AND snacks so I'll have to eat my evening snack as usual.

Ok...so I've been logging my food everyday so far this week #1....however #5 I'm not doing very well with at all....I tend to exercise in the evening and have a protein after I exercise....soooo, oops! Maybe I'll work on fruits/veggies instead...

Otherwise, I'm having an awesome week!!!

-So far I've accomplished this on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday for 4/5


4. Read BLOG entries for two of the Slowest Losers team members and leave comments... at least 4 days this week. Remember, you will get a point for each of two blog comments that you make in one given day.
- I have managed to do this Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday for 3/4

BONUS: 5. Avoid snacking after 8pm this week. No late night snacking!

So far I have made it 2 days without snacking after 8pm & it wasn't even a goal of mine!

I have managed to list all of my food everyday except yesterday and pretty much have stayed in ranges for the most part....I have eaten my fruits and veggies as well...

I just saw this challenge today - it's great. Thanks Carol!

I'm in for # 1,3,5,6. (Late night snacking is my #1 Enemy!! It's the main reason I am overweight!!) And by coincidence, I decided on Monday to really cut out snacks after 8:00pm!! So this challenge reinforces my resolution!

I gave myself the massage and MAN did I wish it was a REAL one...I am BEAT!!!! I did well today with the veggies..I got a lot in this afternoon...had a veggie panini ...it was really good!

I'm in. #1 #2 #4 #5 #6 FINE #3 Too.

I gave me knitting supplies. 1. I'm learning to knit. 2. There is a lady in my handbell group that just found out she has cancer. Several of the ladies in the Knitting Circle are going to crochet her and each of her children a blanket. One of the ladies is buying all of the supplies plus making one of the blankets on her own. So this goodie seems very fitting don't you think?

AFOOT52.. to add a SparkStreak, go to to MY TOOLS at the top of the page. Click in Other Goals. Then on Other Goals go to the bottom and you will see a place to click on "Add/Remove Other Goals". Then Click in that and it will take you to where you can add any goals that you want.

After you have added your new goal to the Other Goals page, then you need to make the streak. Go to My Tools, and then to "SparkStreaks" Click on that. At the top of the page you'll find a place to click, "Manage My SparkStreaks". There you will have to chose to start the streak and also chose if you want your progress to show up on your SparkPage. I think you might have to click to save.

It sounds complicated and it is a bit but it does not take much time.

I will do 1,2,3 & 4.

Can't do 5 & 6. If my blood sugar is under 90 then I will have to eat something.

P.S. I just set up my SparkStreak (#6) for 6x/week. That will give me one day leeway.

A new week is here and new challenges. Pick at least two or more of the following mini challenges to work on this week. Let us know what you pick. Check in throughout the week to let us know how you're doing. Have a healthy week!

1. Track your food at least 4 times this week!

2. Give a SparkGoodie to YOURSELF and then tell us what you gave yourself and why.

3. Eat at least 5 Fruits and Veggies at least 5 days this week.
