I sent the email to my mom and talked to her today about it #1 emoticon

I sent at least two sparkgoodies! emoticon

I walked on the treadmill 30 minutes for almost 2 miles. I usually only walk around the block or the stores. emoticon

1. Spread the Spark To someone else either orally or through an official SparkPeople invitation.
I have been talking up Spark to a dear friend of mine and she joined this week but I don't have her user name yet, pass on when I do so you Sparkers can make her welcome! emoticon
