ODC= One Day Challenge
Great idea for a challenge!
1. Spread the Spark To someone else either orally or through an official SparkPeople invitation.
I have been talking up Spark to a dear friend of mine and she joined this week but I don't have her user name yet, pass on when I do so you Sparkers can make her welcome!
2. Give SparkGoodies to TWO team members, encouraging them with their lifestyle changes.
Given this morning to two lovely turtles!
3. ADD an extra 10 minutes of EXERCISE today.
Perfect day for this because it is my extra sweat day. Usual workout: 30-45 min
Todays workout: 60 min
