I can't even track my food on a normal day.
I have no idea if I stayed in my calorie range - but I probably did.
I did my water, as long as you don't subtract any because of coffee.
I walked Friday and will walk today. I did my ten minutes in the morning (except today because I don't do them on Sunday) I will probably do some Pilates later. I don't log any exercise other then the ten in the morning.
I will huddle today.

I like three day challenges.

#3 and #4 for the 24th! Check!!! Not as much exercise as I wanted but considering I had to cook Christmas Eve, wrap presents, go to the grocery store, cut my husband's hair etc, etc....I'm happy I got in what I got in! Whoo hoo!

This week my goal was to get in my water...I am back and doing one thing at a time...last week was my vitamins and I streaked it!!! I am doing water this week so I am in for the water this mini challenge!

With special Christmas meals and activities and with lack of time to exercise, this weekend will likely be a challenge for most of us. Here's another challenge for the weekend!

Choose one or more of these options for this Friday through Sunday challenge:

1. Track all of your food for the three days.

2. Post on this thread if you were able to stay in your calorie range during the weekend.

3. Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water a day.

4. Exercise at least two out of the three days then post on this thread what you did for your exercise.

5. Huddle on this team each of the three days.
