This past Sunday I started a new streak. It is a "Avoid Soft Drinks Daily" streak. I am now on day 7 of the streak and it is going well. One week down.....!
Your Challenge today is to start a new streak for yourself. You chose what it will be. Perhaps it will be concern food, exercise, tracking, or whatever you feel you are ready for. After you decide what you're going to make do for your streak, go to "My Goals" and make it a goal. Then go to Manage your Streaks and make it a streak. Decide if you want to have it appear on your Sparkpage or not.
If you are "in" for this challenge, what streak are you starting? How often?
If you prefer to just let us know how your streak is going on this thread rather put your streak on your Sparkpage, that is fine.
Start a healthy STREAK!!
