I really like this idea...I'm just not sure what to do for a streak. Hmm, Given the amount of travel we're doing this month, I'm going to do a "mental health" streak. I'm going to spend time touching base with my immediate family daily. It's too easy to get lost in the insanity of this season and forget to simply ask, "How are things today?"

LYNMEINDERS.. I've only ever received the 1000 minutes of fitness award once for walking and then my heels' plantar fasciitis flared up big time. I had to cut back. Unfortunately, I have now cut back way too much on exercise!
It's the declutter streak that I need to work on but I think I'll stick to the Avoidance of Soft Drinks for now. I'm now on day 9 without Diet Coke. WooHoo! How are you doing Marcia?

That decluttering streak sounds great. And ten minutes is about my level of endurance these days. I do believe that might be my next streak.

I think I'm going to declutter/clean one trouble spot for 10 minutes per day. Like the junk drawer, the pantry, books. You know..the things that don't normally get touched.

As another diet coke addict, I will join you on your NO soda streak. Last time I tried this I still had 24 cans in the house. Needless to say, summer weather, 24 cans available equal defeat. Now none on hand, cold weather, I think I can do it.

This past Sunday I started a new streak. It is a "Avoid Soft Drinks Daily" streak. I am now on day 7 of the streak and it is going well. One week down.....!
Your Challenge today is to start a new streak for yourself. You chose what it will be. Perhaps it will be concern food, exercise, tracking, or whatever you feel you are ready for. After you decide what you're going to make do for your streak, go to "My Goals" and make it a goal. Then go to Manage your Streaks and make it a streak. Decide if you want to have it appear on your Sparkpage or not.
If you are "in" for this challenge, what streak are you starting? How often?
If you prefer to just let us know how your streak is going on this thread rather put your streak on your Sparkpage, that is fine.
