Both Saturday and Sunday I walked extra. Saturday we were shopping and I walked each store and the restaurant. Usually find a seat after one shop. And on Sunday after my regular exercises I walked the "circle route in the house every hour.

The will of God will not take you where the Grace of God cannot protect you.

Give me a sense of humor, Lord,

Give me the grace to see a joke,

To get some humor out of life,

And pass it on to other folk!

I will increase my walking by 60 minutes today. I have also started wearing my pedometer to work to help increase my steps there.

I'm in. I plan on walking in the nature park, unless it's raining then I'll do some treadmill or elliptical work. emoticon

I was able to get extra exercise in yesterday. Spent two hours outdoors finishing up our fall clean up. All the leaves are raked/blown and bagged. Ready for snow here! emoticon

I was "in" but have to bow out due to the pain in my pulled muscles which is even exacerbated when I walk. Maybe next wk?

I'm working cashier at my new job 8 hours today and tomorrow and 5 hours on Monday. Does that count as "floor exercise"? LOL! I'll try to get in some jumping jacks or something on my bathroom breaks!

ODC = One Day Challenge

I have been slack in my walking so today I plan to get a full 60 minutes of walking in instead of what I have been doing lately.

Either Saturday or Sunday get extra exercise into your day. Let us know what exercise you did and how many minutes or steps you accomplished.
