emoticon Not too successful here. Traveling was challenging since my in-laws had little healthy food available. Trying to get back on track now that I'm home.

Did that. I went over it and tweaked it a bit, though I confess there wasn't much that needed to be changed. emoticon

2. Maintain your Friendships.

Visited with family and commented on some blogs. I didn't have a lot of time for online stuff though because of the holiday. emoticon

3. Do a Maintenance check, an Update on your Spark Goals.

Did that--it really made a difference on my calorie goals. I had upped my physical activity significantly but never updated that or my weight loss goals--and sparks thought I planned to lose 50 pounds in about 6 weeks (because I hadn't lost as much weight as I had originally expected, my original deadline was no longer viable). emoticon

4. Weigh yourself today or tomorrow morning and then weigh yourself again next Saturday or Sunday.
Maintained--started off at just below 169 and ended at 168.7 emoticon

I gained 1/2 lb but Im pretty sure its because I had dinner so late last night. I did keep up with family and sparkfriends. It was a great weekend.

I weighted myself this morning - learned that my standard clothes weigh about 7 lbs. I was 211.6 without clothes and 218.4 dressed. Given that my weight early this week was with clothes, I'll use my dressed weight. I came pretty close to maintaining - I only gained about 1/2 pound. This makes me really happy.

Yay! I just finished updating for #3. My fitness minutes are good, my calories went down a bit, and my weight ticker is good.

For #4 - on the scale last night, I came in at 217.6, which is where I hope to be again on Saturday.

I'm in for all four, though the maintaining contacts is going to have to be family focused as our schedule is full and so are our friends'.

And I'm coming into the challenge really late--I only just found it--so my weigh-in will only reflect half the week, not all of it. (Not looking forward to weighing in; I'm pretty sure I've gained weight emoticon )

BUT--upside--just yesterday I updated my weight loss, nutrition, and fitness goals. whoo hoo! So that one is done.

I'm actually in Maintenance. All of what you said still applies with an adjustment for me on number 4. When I was losing my weight I weighed about once a month and concentrated on changing all my life habits. Now that I've reached goal I weigh just about every morning at the same time. It's working so far for me nicely.
