Well, I bummed out. I stated my goal on Wed that I would not stay up all night any day (night) this week. I stayed up all night Wed and that, plus over exerting myself with vigorous household chores, left me in much pain.

I am going to set the same goal for the week of Oct 10 thru 16th.

Physicians, physical therapist, and other health care providers will come and go, BUT only you can serve as your body's CEO

I blew it on Friday!! I went out for lunch and the meal came with a drink and when they asked without even thinking I said 'Pepsi'. Soon as I started drinking I realized what I had done. emoticon
