This is fun!

A: Almonds, Apricot jam (well, in a cookie, but apricot, nonetheless! And only one!)
B: Broccoli in the dinner casserole
C: Cauliflower, Cheddar Cheese, and Chicken in the dinner casserole; Chocolate Brownie; corn (popped - 35 calories for breakfast!); cheese (Laughing Cow)

It is nearly supper on Monday for me.

Today I ate:

A- apple... for a snack.
B- whole wheat BREAD.... for lunch
C- cheese slice... for lunch
For supper I will eat C- cabbage and I'm not sure what else.

ODC- One Day Challenge!

For this one day challenge you may chose to do it either Monday or Tuesday.

Eat Healthy Foods that start with A, B and C!

A- apples, avocado, almonds, etc.
B- bananas, beans, berries, etc.
C- chocolate!, cantaloupe, cranberries, etc.

Do you challenge either Monday or Tuesday and report what A, B, and C Healthy foods you ate!
