It is not necessary to exercise for 10 minutes 28 days straight to meet the requirements of this challenge. The Team goals say that you exercise at least 5 days a week. I was concerned about this as I had exercised 22 days and then missed day 23. I checked it out on the team, and the Team Leader confirmed that I was correct.

With that I say, TODAY IS THE END OF WEEK 4 of this challenge for me so I have MET the Goal and Finished the Course!

I just changed the title of this thread to be for Weeks 3 & 4 instead of for only Week 3. It was quite confusing...having so many thread on the SL team as well as the 10 minute team. We'll finish out the challenge on this thread. Everyone, let us know when you earn that trophy at the end of week 4!

I already made taking a 10 minute walk every day in October a goal with one of my other teams, so this fits right in. This will give me added incentive to reach my goal and will serve as a daily reminder.

I love it when things work together for the good!

I joined the 10 minute exercise challenge today! I'm excited, since this will make me more cognizant of the exercise I'm getting. I really want to reach my goals this time!

I'm finishing week 2 and about ready to start week 3. I love the timing on this, too. They are starting a fitness challenge at work tomorrow where we have to do a minimum of 10 minutes of fitness daily for the next 2 months. It will help keep that habit going strong for me.
