I have heard of Featherstone Farm and have often thought I would like to join one you get fresh foods from every week. I believe there was an article in the Pioneer Press today about compining to have enough to make it worthwhile for trucks to pick up every day to bring to the cities.
I hadn't heard of that farm so thanks for providing the link. Neat! I bet there are a lot of good recipes in there.
Mi Ae Lipe, author of the Featherstone Farm Cookbook, will share recipes and sign books at Whole Foods on Excelsior August 11 3:30 - 6:30 pm. Featherstone Farm is a CSA organic farm in Rush City that has been operating since 1997 www.featherstonefarm.com/ It is one of the major fresh vegetable suppliers to the Twin Cities Whole Foods stores.
