Kaposia Park in South St. Paul and Inver Hills Park in Inver Grove Heights both have frisbee golf courses...it's not exactly the same as the fitness trails, but it's kinda close...both also have walking/biking trails that go over pretty varied terrain (as varied as it gets on the plains, anyhow!) Hope that helps a bit?

Nokomis is the only one I'm aware of.

I've seen some different bars etc. around Lake Nokomis, and I don't know if it counts, but in Alimagnet Park in Apple Valley/Burnsville they have a frisbee golf course. Probably if you go to the parks websites for the Twin Cities or your city specifically, you can find out more. Good luck!

Are there any local parks with fitness trails?
I was reading about them just a moment ago in an SP article, and was wondering if there are any around. I don't recall ever seeing them before.
