Welcome to the JULY 2013 Mileage Challenge!
Congrats to everyone who participated in last month's challenge! My plans for an additional challenge last month had to be postponed since I had too many other things going on. But, I am running a separate challenge this month and you will get bonus points for participation in this challenge (as well as for your June participation). The prize is a hardcover copy of the new Spark Solution book! So, stay tuned for further info, and jump in and make a mileage goal for yourself in July!!!
Summer is in full swing, so let's get outside and walk, bike, run, whatever! If you need to beat the heat as it gets warmer, jump in a pool or check out your local beach. We also have plenty of malls, gyms and other indoor areas to get your miles in if the heat is just too much to handle. I hope to see even more participants this month, especially since there's a prize on the line. It doesn't matter if your goal is 5 miles, 50 miles or 500 miles. Whatever you accomplish is still lapping everyone who just sat on their couches! Set a goal and DON'T STOP MOVING!!!
YOU set YOUR own mileage goal and accumulate miles by walking, running, swimming, biking, etc. You can join this challenge at ANY time during the month.
It works like this: copy and paste the entire "previous" post to add your name or update your mileage. Add your name to the list in ALPHABETICAL order and your goal for the month. It will look similar to the EXAMPLE shown below.
