I usually get about 7 hours a night. I usually wake up before my alarm clock goes off anyhow.

We've hit the crazy month of holiday parties, shopping, and other activities. Even though you're busy you can't skimp on your sleep. When you get enough sleep you are not as stressed and less likely to go crazy with the carbs.

This week's challenge is to get 7-9 hours of sleep each night. You can do it!

How much sleep do you usually get during the week?

It is best to take work materials, computers and televisions out of the sleeping environment. Use your bed only for sleep and sex to strengthen the association between bed and sleep.
