I think my mantra needs to be "Just Do It." I need to just get off the couch and workout. I need to just snack on healthy foods. I need to just enjoy life. Quit with the worries and what-if's and just do it.

Write it down on three pieces of paper. Post it in multiple locations that you will see through out each day. Example: On your refrigerator, your computer monitor, bathroom mirror, desk at work, door, car dash, make it the background wallpaper on your monitor.
