Maybe a fruits and vegetable challenge? Try a new one each week? A weekly length of workout challenge?
So what kinds of challenges are you guys up for? I hesitate to make fitness challenges because everyone's at different fitness levels, and I hesitate to make weight loss challenges because I don't believe it's all about the numbers.
So what does that leave us with? What challenges would you like to see?
