¼ cup oats (I use steel cut oats) if using whole oats then ½ cup or ¾ cup cooked millet or ½ cup cooked quinoa
1 cup water
dash of salt
stevia to taste
dash of cinnamon, you can go as heavy as you wish
2 tbs of fat free or fiber one cottage cheese
1 tbs chopped walnut, or almonds
1 tbs dried cranberries or ½ cup of fresh berries
1 scoop vanilla protein
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tbsp PB Natural Peanuts should be the only ingredient in your PB
I mix all the dry ingredients, then add the quick blended wet.
bake at 350 for 45 to 60 mins.
This makes one serving, the 2nd batch of numbers is 1/2 serving.
