Baked another batch of these with Isoflex whey protein. This time I baked for 4 minutes and they are much better ( I didn't see Rubens suggested bake time the first time). I quadrupled the batch size and made five larger cookies.

I just joined the team and already found something to try. I tried these because they sounded simple, I dont cook much and I am always looking for protein options. Heres what I came up with.
One serving makes two med cookies or one large cookie. The macro breakdown:
with ONs Hydro Wheyprotein powder calories/180; carbs/15.5; fat/4.7; protein/18.7
with ONs Whey protein powder calories/165; carbs/15.5; fat/4.7; protein 15.2

I baked for 10mins at 350. Great with unsweetened Almond Milk! I'll eat these at lunch after a morning of lifting.
Thanks Ruben
Mike

How many cookies does this make? I have to ask because portion control is one of my issues! :)
