It is not usable for me at all. I eat 5-6 times daily a small amount so I never get hungry and plan my meals 1 day in advance. I exercise 10 hours per. week, mostly walking.

I have chronic kidney disease and low blood pressure & blood clots in both lungs for 3 years..I am 54 years old. I am starting the Fall Challenge ,Firecrackers Team,on P.S.T. My exercise plan is 2400 minutes a month.I do walking, ride the bike at the gym 65 minutes, 3 times a week & go ice skating for 90 minutes 2 times a week for people over 50. My name is Linda. WEight is not accurate, it was weught 2 weeks a go but went up & down. Will track on the weekend & majke the loss accurate.

Sometimes I still think about this idea... if I eat 300 calories I have to wait 3 hours to eat.

being a bit of a numbers geek myself as well
I thought this was an interesting way to view the food&fitness requirements.
I'll have to give it a try

What do you think about my idea to eat 100 calories per hour for 15 hours and then burn 300 calories 5 times a week? What do you think about my idea to eat 100 calories per hour for 15 hours and then burn 300 calories 5 times a week? 2013

I came up with this plan because I am a number person. Say I ate 300 calories for breakfast, then I need to go 3 hours before eating the next meal. I also need to try to earn fitness minutes and burn 300 calories 5 times a week.

Is this sustainable? If I eat healthy choices it makes great sense to give it a try,
