Sometimes I make green smoothies (like spinach with fruit and add frozen fruit to chill it instead of ice cubes, then chia or flaxseeds, etc.) I was amazed at how filling they actually are.
I find it hard to come up with recipes and different combinations for breakfast. I like breakfast casseroles and do get so tired of eggs all the time.
I do have cream of rice sometimes and add raisins. But I need something I could cook ahead and just reheat for breakfast. Like I do for dinner and lunch.
Any and all ideas are appreciated. THANKS!
