This challenge will be starting on Sunday March 13th and will run until Saturday April 9th. That is only four weeks long which shouldn't be too hard to do.
In this challenge we will be using the letters in the word POWER to give us a challenge.
P = Play
Do something fun or play around in some way. I often find myself playing a game. It is very relaxing.
O = Others
Tag at least 3 team members with some encouragement.
W = Water
Drink at least 8 cups of water a day.
E = Exercise
Exercise for at least 15 minutes every day.
R = Record
Make some kind of record of your day. i.e. record what you ate in the food tracker, record your exercise in the fitness tracker, or record your day in a journal or a blog.
Each letter is worth 10 points each day
As an Added bonus if you write about what you have done with this power challenge on your blog you get an extra 10 points each day.
