Hello all! Welcome to July! Happy summer! I'm going to try something different this month. I hope everyone is in.
Goals are....drum roll
1. Let's weigh in today, Monday, tomorrow, yesterday...sometime in a decent time frame from the start. Goal is record your weigh in here or somewhere safe for you, if you are to self conscious. At the end of the month, the person who has lost 5% or more of there weight will get a goody. We will have a winner and a runner up.
2. Summer is here. Grilling is in full speed. Summer meals are flying onto our plates. Goal is each week try something new and healthy. Share one recipe or meal a week that you enjoyed or is your favorite.
3. Use your nutrition tracker at least 3 times a week and let us know at the end of each how you did. How many times? Were you within your goal range? How many times in range?
4. Next is something fun. Are you ready? We are going to do a virtual trail. See the added post, with it's rules! Join in the fun.
