Ok team new challenge for the week! Let's do this.
1. 7 8oz glasses or more of water per day and recorded in your other goals team popeye section.
2. Get 7- 8 hours of sleep per night and keep track of how many days you've done some.
3. Record everything you eat for at least 4 days, and keep track, report at the end of e week.
4. Do at least 180 minutes of exercise during the week, and track it in your tracker!
5. Eat 5 freggies per day and let us know your success at the weeks end!
6. Take 15 minutes of you time relaxing or doing something you enjoy. Record this in your other goals team section.
Good luck to everyone. I hope this is a good kick to get us all moving again! I am hoping we can work our way to doing virtual trails let me know if some of these are to simple for everyone. The key word is challenge here and a simple reminder to not run yourself into the ground as well. See you all soon!
