Hi everyone,

Long term stress goals

1. Continue to write in stress journal 5 times a week.

2. Exercise at least 45 minutes 5 times a week to relieve stress

3. Continue to pursue hobbies at twice a week

4. To set boundaries emotionally, spiritually and mentally with other and myself. Review every month for accountability.

We can finsih the light is at the end of the funnel and this time it is upside down so it is wide with blessing for us all.

So I'm at the end of this challenge but the beginning of my stress free journey! Here are my goals.
1) To not throw any temper tantrums,complain and nag, or get angry and overwhelmed due to stress. Make sure I never let stress build up.
2) To always know when it's the right time to back away from a situation and cool down.
3 )To continue to exercise when I get stressed out.
4) To do yoga a couple times a week and meditate everyday.
