So I'm at the end of this challenge but the beginning of my stress free journey! Here are my goals. 1) To not throw any temper tantrums,complain and nag, or get angry and overwhelmed due to stress. Make sure I never let stress build up. 2) To always know when it's the right time to back away from a situation and cool down. 3 )To continue to exercise when I get stressed out. 4) To do yoga a couple times a week and meditate everyday.
