rainbowendings...thank you for putting into words just what Ive been thinking. its not that the stress has gone or that Im magically able to deal with it but ..for me too the anxiety thing is being dealt with.. mischief managed lol
I have found that, while my stress eating hasn't improved, my anxiety has. I really appreciate this challenge for causing me to have to look at what's going on, recording it, and then taking 3 -10 minutes to come down from the stress. Overall, this has helped me emotionally.
