its not that the stress has gone or that Im magically able to deal with it but ..for me too the anxiety thing is being dealt with..

I have found that, while my stress eating hasn't improved, my anxiety has. I really appreciate this challenge for causing me to have to look at what's going on, recording it, and then taking 3 -10 minutes to come down from the stress. Overall, this has helped me emotionally.
