Say Happy Mothers day to all the mothers out there. I am not a mother but a wife which I believe both can be stressful at times. This week somedays started out stressful and end peaceful with less stress and notice that my body feels like it is shrink and losing weight. I also understand that our bodies have a chemical that will increase when we are stress and can cause our bodies to gain weight. I hope you all had a wonderful week like I did and not as much stress.
this will help my new challenge.

well Ithought that week three will be a stress free week. I have found out that waiting for results from a health test can be stressful. each while waiting I am trying to do things that will not make it so quite stressful.
It has taken me 3 weeks to realize how much stress I allow other people to give me. When someone is stressed and tells me about it I should listen and respond and all those good things...instead I take on their stress and make myself miserable. I must stop this!! My life is going great and would be close to stress free if I would stop borrowing trouble! Listening and a degree of empathy is acceptable...taking on other people's stress as my own or allowing them to drag me down with them is not acceptable! I hope that with this new realization I can be strong enough to tell my mother to keep her problems to herself rather than burdening me with them.
