Wonderful. Hope things continue as they are and exercise does help. Still getting used to the breathing. Need lots of practice, but i just started this week

I have to say that since starting this challenge my stress has gone down. I have noticed that my stress has been moderate. There has been a few times that it elevated but that has gone down since starting this. Exercise has definately helped. Since I have also been sleeping better (other than this week) my stress has been quite low.

The only person who can stop you from making better choices right now is YOU
