I've just realized that an average of quarter an hour of exercise per day over the past month isn't going to do it. I'm eating better, eating less, sleeping 7 hrs a night, trying to relax and breathe a little more, but losing nothing and upset about it. Looked back at exercise log that I kept back in 2005 when I first was trying to lose weight at 210 lbs and realized that I lost 14 and kept them off for a year to be sure I fit into my wedding dress was because I was averaging an hour and a quarter of exercise per day. Weekends, holidays, days off work, etc. were filled with 2 hr workout total. Wow, I had time before the husband!!!!
