Beginning if week 2 for me. I tracked & paid attention to all my stress causing issues & took more notice of the effects of the stress on my well being.
So, here I go on week 2's journey. Hopefully I will find something that will work for me.
I wish a successful week 2 for everyone that's in this stage.
