For my week two. I am going to try toget myself to relax and not let thing to get to me and worry about them as much. and also get back on my treadmill. Walk as much as I can evn though I go to Walmart or mowing the lawn, do more and try to lose more weight. I know it will not be perfect but at less I am trying.
this will help my new challenge.

My second week wasn't as crazy as the first but in other ways it was crazier. Work settled down some thanks to some preparing a few weeks ago. But I was busy after work with my granddaughters softball games. I'm learning that walking the mountain three times a week has become non-negotiable for my sanity in addition to my health. Especially Friday afternoon. It seems like all my stress just disappears when I walk. I didn't do my stress journal except for one day this week but I haven't really needed it. I will the next three weeks, though. But I'm getting a lot of tools to deal with it
