I have been working very hard a coping with my stressors. My largest stressor is my job---never a dull moment! When I find myself "stressing" over something, I ask, "Can I control this situation?" If I can't, I move forward. This takes some doin'! Which is why I spent more than a week in the "Week 2" phase. I have also taken some time at work to play my guitar for 5-10 minutes as a respite to the day. Oh, I am a music therapist so playing music is a major part of my daily life, I don't always have time to play for *me*. emoticon I have also added more exercise and stretching as part of my stress reduction plan. So far, so good! I have noticed a definite decrease in my stress eating which is a trouble area for me.
