I completely relate. Even now, I have a paper due on Friday. My thinking, "oh, it is easy, only 4 pages, I can whip it up in an hour." So, note to the calendar do it on Thursday. I really could have done this weeks ago, when I did the research. I procrastinate because, I hate dealing with the footnotes portion for the paper. LOL! Good luck on your goals. My plan to bust stress is to stop procrastinating and organize my life a bit. I tend to have goals, but just end up doing what's easy or convenient, like "Yeah, I want to eat something healthy, but it will take so long to cook- I'll just have ramen noodles....."; or "I should really work on my history homework.....but I can do it another time....." Point is, I'm not doing what I should, or what I even want! So to bust stress, I'm going to work on it, accomplish my goals so that I can feel happy and more confident, and focus on things I really want to do.
