i am doing similar things and i am also trying to get to the gym, right now it's a couple of days a week but the long term goal really is 5 or even 7 days a week. i don't have to be there for hours but it is the best way for me to work off the stress of the day.
1) Continue to journal one positive and one stressful feeling each day. Review journal entries for negative thought patterns (either-or thinking, spiraling thoughts, skewed priorities) that make my stress and anxiety worse.
2) Practice breathing exercises and muscle relaxation techniques each day.
3) Each at least one piece of fresh fruit every day.
