I love your stress busting goals.
They are much like my own.
I am making drinking water a priority. I feel my water bottles before I go to bed, so they are ready in the morning.
I too need to be more consistent in working out in the morning.
Lists can be a great stress reliever but as long as you don't put to many items on them and leave room for flexibility when other things come up. I know when I don't put things on my shopping list right away that it can cause stress. I have walked around the store with that nagging thought -- what did I forget.
Yoga -- I do a relaxation yoga every night before I go to bed. This really helps to get some of the kinks out.
Bible Reading -- I started a Year Bible reading program last year and fell behind during the Holidays. Instead of getting frustrated I renewed my commitment on the first of January and have kept it up.
I find that is one of my biggest stress factor is starting something and not finishing it. Sparkpeople has really taught me to start where I am at and not worry about what happened in the past.
As Reba says -- I am a "modern country woman," . I am as comfortable at a rodeo or on Rodeo Drive.
Reba: "Work hard. When you're done with that, continue to work hard."
Zig Ziglar - "You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great.
