We had roast, potatoes, carrots, and salad last night for dinner. Roast has always been my weak link with a lot of meats that I eat. I feel I ate too much, more than my 3-4 oz, but this time I know why and feel that I can correct it. Yesterday the dog had a much better day. I'm working on some hand motion directions for "wait" and "easy" to remind him to slow down and not try to jump around a lot. Today is new day. Onward I go!
