As a family we eat every evening meal together Mondays thru Fridays. On the weekend we usually eat all three meals together.
On Saturday & Sundays we cook together as a family. This is a fun thing for us.
Our family goals:
1). to do an activity together for exercise 4 times per week during the winter months.
2). eat fruits and vegetables with every meal.
3). eat meat 1 time per week.
4). eat fish 2 times per week.
5). start making our own healthy recipe book.
6). keep a healthy change chart so we can stay on track with our goal.
7). start a healthy snack shelf...get rid of the junk food snacks.
8). No soda pop allowed in our house.
9). Read spark articles together as a family.
10). Enjoy being healthier together!!!
