Unfortunately we don't eat without the TV yet, or at the dining table. My fault, as I still haven't gotten the table dug out. Or it was once, but now buried again. However, we eat whole grains and lots of vegetables and fruits, so week 2 should be a snap! Shall continue to find my table,however. If we can get used to eating only at the table, we shouldn't snack so much!!!
