I also use the Crockpot. If you put the food in before you leave for work, it's ready when you get home.

Spend a day or less making your own frozen dinners. I do this for when I don't feel like cooking I have a frozen dinner waiting to be put in the fridge in the morning and ready to reheat at dinner time. Depending on the dinner, though, single servings are quickest!

How do you find time to make a quick healthy meals, when I work tell 4:30 and we have Karate from 5:00 to 7:00 twice a week. I would like to know. We are stuck in a rut. Help. emoticon
