Good luck! It starts out easy, then after a week or two, the cravings come back. I promise that if you can make it through those weeks, it gets sooooo much easier. Your taste buds also change. I used to crave sweets but since I started eating fruits and veggies, the cookies, cakes and candy are too sweet for me. It is worth it!

Getting ready to hold the family meeting tonight. So many times before I've started a diet or have said that we're going to be more healthy by eating *sour face* veggies...and everytime before, we make it a week into it and then it's right back to Mcdonald's and Hamburger Helper. But this time...I'm absolutely serious. I know that my husband will support me in the food areas, but actually exercising together...as a family...that he might have an issue with. My son will hate all of the areas of this I know for sure, but they have to realize that we are honestly killing ourselves with our eating and lifestyle choices. My husband, though he only weighs in at 170, he has such high cholesterol that the doctor's meter wouldn't even recognize the level. I myself have so far been good in the health department with my checkups all coming back with flying colors, but I am considered obese...and that is not healthy. And my son, so far everything is good, but I know that eating at Mcdonald's twice a week is not good on the arteries or anything else. Plus, what kind of example am I setting for him?!?!?! It has to stop!
