I am so glad the holidays are over and I can continue on with my weight loss journey. It is really hard to distract little ones like that. perhaps you can do something in another room and have older children play with the little one.

Well good week so far. My 9 year old would happily sit in front of the telly or computer all day but my other two boys start climbing the walls if they are stuck in for too long and then the fights start. I have been making a point of getting us all out forat least an hour of exercise and play in the morning and it has definately stopped the younger two boys fighting with each other. My 9 year old moans that he doesnt want to go out but once we are out he enjoys himself. It is good for him to get exercise as he doesnt have a lot of stamina and it will help get him fitter.
The problem is when it is raining which it has been loads recently. I am thinking of getting them on the wii but this is sometimes difficult at the moment as my little girl who is only one gets in the way and it is hard to play around her. I need to dstract her with something else whilst they are doing it I guess.
