So to get my family more healthy I have and will be doing the following things:
1) Kitchen lock down: our kitchen officially locks down for the night at 10 pm. The only things allowed to be done in the kitchen is cleaning!
2) The tv is off during the day mostly till about 3-3:30ish pm. Ds watches transformer cartoons.
3) I spend my exercise time cleaning with the radio rocking to whatever catches my ear.
4) Converting my recipes that I use the most into healthy eating.
5) Need work on eating in more than out, eating at the table more often than not!
