Hello am feeling overwhelmed and lacking a bit of energy. Need to find some time for me :) but then when 2/3 girls are at summer jumpstart at the school till 12ish I can get more done. But then end up no me time till like 10pm at night! putting my bedtime way later. Although am a night owl (really need to stop that) due to tired most of the time. Still have a HARD time winding down at night. And tend to relax more when everyone is in bed. I usually go to bed around midnight if not later. At that time I usually crochette blanket making for oldest daughter and watching shows have taped but don't get to watch on time...so record them.
I have tried to unwind during the day but just doesn't really happen...kids need something or are bored...then play cards with them or something. which is fine (something have newely implemented). Just get so burned out from constant time with them etc. (hope that doesn't sound bad)
Just need to get some kind of break from time to time. I did start walking at the track at the high school...took them but they had roller blades and can't use the track...so got that time to myself :) that was NICE :) so will probably do that again hopefully daily :) till they go back to school.
