Our oldest will eat chicken nuggets and no other meat. He eats cheese, walnuts, apples, oranges, peanut butter otherwise he wants junk food. If not for cereal each morning he would need an iron supplement it is so bad. We don't have any junk food in the house so it has been an adjustment for him. Our doc always said this would change with time, but he is 5 and not budging.
We also have twins but they are just a year old and their eating habits change on a daily basis.
I've got no advice, but I am following the topic.
Getting back on track after twins. Trying to reach my goal by mid-March. Caribbean cruise, here we come!
My issue is My daughter eats everything and I"m having a problem cutting back on foods and she is feeling like I'm doing it to punish her. I've talked to her and explained why but she seems obsessed with food.
My son on the other hand will not eat meat unless it's a chicken nugget and a very limited on what he will eat.
I'm lost on what to do with the both of them
