Our family has those same challenges. We have dogs so we use their puppy dog eyes to get the whole family out the door for a walk in the evening!
I would love to hear suggestions from everyone about how to turn off the TV! Ours is always on and, really, no one really notices when it gets turned off - if we are busy with other stuff. ;^)

both my husband and I work so when we get home, we are tired and just want to relax. Our kids watch a lot more television than they should and so do we. I would love some tips on getting everyone off the couch and into the back yard for some play time.
