my husband and i are too on week one. new yummy recipes and we now walk 2-3 miles nightly! that means less tv! I even have him eating at the kitchen table with me....

Yeah this heat makes it hard to
breath. Get up early and exercise
or in the evening.

One week almost done. Less TV and eating at the table, especially dinner when all four of us are at home. We did really good this weekend. All meals together. Took the girls to the Y and signed them up for gymnatics, so they got to flip and roll while I walked on the treadmill. We played outside late in the evening to avoid the heat.
