We reduced the screen time. The kids got to watch 1 movie a day. They aren't ever on the computer so I didn't have to manage that one. My husband and I usually watch 1 hour of TV at night after all the work is done. The kids are happier, nicer to each other and more willing to help.

We had a family meeting and discussed exercise and eating more fruits and veggies. We also talked about doing jobs to help more around the house. We also set a rule that we would only be eating out twice a month. We have a menu and stuck to it well this first week.
