I'm here for week one also, It looks like a great challenge to help me and my granddaughter get back on the right track for eating. We have been walking together after school and it will be a great time to talk to her about some of these healthy changes we can make together.

I'm glad I found this Challenge! My husband and I have been talking a little here and there about wanting to change our family habits. But, I feel a little lost when I try to think about what to change and when. I love the advice on getting started! Holding a family meeting to discuss the changes would not have crossed my mind. It makes sense though, get everyone focused and on the same page so that there is less resistance. I just hope we can make it seem fun and not like a punishment!
This is really perfect timing. We have one week left until school starts and we have been deep cleaning our house. Now we will focus on cleaning up our nutrition and health. We set up chores, menus, grocery shopping and exercise for each day. We will being tomorrow with exercising and today we started making healthier choices. I am very thankful for all of you and the support I find here.
