I have completed week 4 of the healthy cooking challenge. My long term cooking goals are:

1. Continue to use the healthy cooking techniques I've learned.
2. Keep my healthy cooking tools in a convenient place and well-organized.
3. Continue to try new recipes to increase variety in my diet.
