So week 4 Goals are in action mainly to stick to what I learnt here like using Substitutions, Meal plans, Trying new Recipes, Organising the Kitchen and keeping to what I need to do for me.
Adding variety to meals is fun and makes mealtimes more interesting thats where the new recipes come in and so far they have all worked out great.
Long term goals are broken down so I can easily meet them like keeping to using new cooking methods. It is easier if I decide to cook things a new way for that day and then make it a habit. The crockpot is in use and I use the steamer and grill more. So week 4 is doing well and I now have ways of doing things so I can build on this and make things part normal everyday life rather than just alter things to lose weight.
