I tried Tofu for the first time this past summer in a spring roll. Wasn't really impressed. I tried it again last month while having lunch at BD Mongolian Grill. Much better. I will continue to eat tofu. I understand its a good substitute for meat.
Let us know how it goes :) I usually use it instead of meat in stir fries and haven't tried to pass it for something else like chicken or eggless egg salad. I don't see the attraction for my palate since I still eat eggs and chicken.
