spending more time in the grocery store - reading labels and finding the healthiest options
drinking 8 glasses of water each day
getting in my 5+ servings of fruits and vegetables each day
treating food as fuel and energy for my body
tracking every morsel I eat each day
looking for new recipes and trying a few out each week (some of my favorites are Chef Meg's Cranberry Orange Creme Brulee (hubby got me the creme brulee torch for Christmas!), the broccoli-raisin salad, and gluten free crab cakes.
I am seeing great progress, not just on the scale, but in inches!
